Menorah Trustee is a local NGO initiative dedicated to strengthening communities and promoting wellness across Ethiopia. Recognized by international platforms like ISSUP, The Colombo Plan DAP, and Movendi International in the community wellness sector, Menorah is a specialized non-profit organization. The professional team, who are experienced in community health and wellness programs, is committed to creating stronger, healthier communities throughout Ethiopia.

Tewodros HailemariamFounder & General Manager
Menorah Trustee was founded by Tewodros Hailemariam, who became a change champion after witnessing firsthand the challenges facing communities and families across Ethiopia. His deep commitment to social change led him to dedicate his life to strengthening communities and supporting families in need.
Tewodros witnessed the struggles of many individuals and families, and this experience channeled into a mission to support and uplift others through community wellness programs.
Through his personal journey of transformation and growth, Tewodros experienced a profound realization that led him to dedicate his life to community service.
Driven by a strong desire for positive change and a passion for community development, he embarked on a journey to create meaningful impact. His transformation was supported by professional guidance and faith-based support. His commitment to community wellness extended beyond his personal journey, leading him to establish programs that support others. With over ten years of professional development in community health and wellness, Tewodros became a master trainer in Universal Curriculums (UPC, UTC, and URC).
Together with three other professionals, Tewodros founded Menorah Trustee Community Service, and its historical founding board meeting was held on January 10, 2023. Currently, Menorah is a recognized and member organization of multiple global platforms such as The Colombo Plan DAP, ISSUP, Vienna NGO Committee On Drugs, NCDI Poverty Network, and Movendi International .
